We take to get a property sold.

·        Place your property with the local Multiple Listing Service, OBAR, The Outer Banks Association of Realtors, to make it available to local realtors and their associates.

·        List and feature your property on our website.
Maximize your properties exposure is through Century 21’s distribution partners:
Realtor.Com, Google, Zillow.com, Trulia Real Estate Search, Cyberhomes, AOL Real Estate, Homes.Com, Yahoo Real Estate, and HGTV’s FrontDoor!

·        Send out electronic notices about your home i.e. E-mail blasts, E-cards and E-newsletters.

·        Direct mailing, such as “Just Listed” postcards to your subdivision, and in the case of vacation rental homes, mailing to your “Christmas Card List” a list of people provided by your rental management company.

·        Fax or e-mail a features sheet to all of the top real estate agents in the market place.

·        Suggest and advise as to any changes you may want to make in your property to make it more sellable.

·        Follow up on the sales people who have shown your home for their client’s feedback.

·        Call or e-mail you with the latest information on your property and the real estate market.

·        We place a sign rider on the company sign with a 1-800-infoline-telephone number and a code unique to your property.  A potential buyer can call this number to receive more information about the property. Then the system captures the caller’s name, address, and phone number, which in turn calls our cell phones and e-mails the team so that we can follow-up after immediately. This is a VERY EFFECTIVE SYSTEM!

·        Represent you on all “Offer to Purchase” presentations and assure you that we are negotiating the best possible price and terms.

·        Handle the closing details after you have accepted the “Offer to Purchase” and it becomes a Contract.
