About Deanna
I know that buying a home or property on Hatteras Island is a dream
for many however because of our beautiful but sometimes challenging
location you need someone to guide you through the process.
I came to Hatteras Island in
1973 and met my husband whose family is rooted in island history.
With long breaks for college, work and life experiences elsewhere we
decided it was the best to raise our daughter on Hatteras Island.
What a wonderful decision!
Starting with real estate sales
and building custom homes, then adjusting to a very different life
and real estate market I have the unique experience you can’t find
just anywhere.
